Concrete subflooring

Subfloor is necessary because it gives the basis for the latter flooring. Concrete flooring requires adequate and stable temperature, with uniform airflow (in order not to dry a certain area faster than another). The drying process is time-consuming, without additives, it takes at least three weeks. However, by using them, the drying can be reduced to 1-2 weeks.
In terms of quality, it is important that the concrete not to contain any cracks, and bubbles as they radically reduce substrate’s durability. Before carrying out the coating, the substrate must be cleaned. The use of screed can be optimized for floor concreting, because manufacturers apply strict standards for its production, which greatly increases the reliability of the substrate.
